ALLScanner has successfully upgraded into Toyota techstream Version 6.01.021, working on 2011 toyota lexus diagnostic and key programming. the release note details of new version as below:

Enhancements New FFD Screen
Applicable Vehicle(s): All Vehicles / FFD Support Systems
Description: The New FFD screen will show info code parameters along with FFD parameters. (The info code screen has been removed.) The same custom lists as the Data List screen will be available on the FFD screen.
To access the FFD screen, select: System Select / Desired System Screen / FFD Screen
Improved TPMS Functionality in Health Check
Applicable Vehicle(s): All Vehicles equipped with TPMS Description: Tire pressure values can now be refreshed in the Health Check screen using the Refresh Button. Furthermore, if Techstream has yet to communicate with each monitor or if a monitor isn't available, i.e. some spare tires, the value will display "N/A" instead of a negative pressure value.
To access the new TPMS function, select: System Select / Health Check / Stored Data
