Order Cancellation Policy
Shipped product can not be cancelled or returned.
Orders which have been confirmed by purchase order, signed proposal and/or deposit but not shipped can be cancelled, however order cancellation fees apply.
A cancellation fee of 10% ($10.00 minimum) is charged to cover the labor costs to locate the order, remove the order from production, unpacked the order, inspect the items, restock the items ordered back into inventory, update our inventory systems and reconfigure or discard shipping containers and packing materials.
AUTOsvs does not profit from the cancellation fee and the fee is only charged to cover warehouse labor and administrative costs.
Combining Orders / Change Items on Order
Online Shopping:
Unfortunately, orders can not be combined nor can items be deleted or added to an existing order. The autosvs.com system processes orders in real-time.
This means two orders placed from the same customer seconds apart are transmitted in real-time as two separate and distinct orders.
We cannot add additional products into an existing order because autosvs.com does not store credit card data online for security purposes.
Buy the Item From Our Sales Workgroup:
If your order has already shipped, please contact the sales workgroup to combine the order and change the item.
The order and item can not be combined or changed once the goods was sent out.
