Order Information

Placing Your First Order
Placing an order from AUTOsvs TECHNOLOGY is fast and easy.
You can either contact with  info@autosvs.com to place an order, or order online store: www.store.autosvs.com, simply select the items you'd like to purchase and then add the items to your shopping cart.
Online Shopping:
It is needed to create an account before you begin shopping.
AUTOsvs ONLINE STORE accepts orders online and cannot accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail. Most orders ship within 24hours, although sometimes unexpected delays caused by a global genuine tools’ manufacturer can result in a delay in shipping.
AUTOsvs Online Orders Procedures:
1.Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
Once you've selected the item you'd like to purchase, you'll need to add the item to your Shopping Cart.
Simply enter the quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button - you'll then be taken to your Shopping Cart, where you can checkout.
To complete your order, click the Checkout button located next to the Continue Shopping button.
For your added convenience, a summary of the items contained in your shopping cart is displayed in the Checkout box located at the top right hand side of every web page.
Clicking on the Checkout icon at the top of every page will take you to your shopping cart check out.
2.Signing In
AUTOsvs Online Store require customers to create a customer profile beforehand and login to purchase.
By logging in "entering your User Name and Password", customers are able to expedite their checkout process as their billing and shipping address information is automatically populated into the check out order forms.
3. Proceeding to Checkout
You may proceed to checkout and complete your order at any time.
First click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the screen and make sure your Shopping Cart contains everything you'd like to order, then click the Checkout button located below the Shopping Cart subtotal.
This will start the checkout procedure where you'll enter your shipping and billing information.
4. Entering a Billing Address
In the checkout process, we'll ask for your billing information. Your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
If you enter an address that does not match your credit card statement address, the system will not process your order and an error message will be displayed.
If you would like to have your order shipped to the same address as your credit card address, simply check the "Same as Billing" checkbox above the shipping address information fields.
5. Entering a Shipping Address
In the checkout process, we'll ask where you'd like us to ship your order.
If you logged in as a returning customer, the system will automatically pre-populate your shipping information based on the information contained in your account profile.
If you'd like to ship your order to another address, please enter the new shipping address information. We ship worldwide via express 3-5days to door service.
6. Selecting a Shipping Method
Customers can expect their orders to be arrived within 3-5 business days via express to door service(depending on where they live). To track your orders, click on the Track Order link on the top navigation bar.
7. Providing a Method of Payment
Once you have selected your shipping method, we'll ask for your credit card information. We accept Paypal, Paypal echeck, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards.
Please enter your card number without any spaces or dashes.
Please also enter the three- or four-digit security code printed on either the front or the back of your credit card. Please note that since we ship orders within 2 business days, your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Once you have clicked the "Submit Order" button, please allow a few moments for the system to validate your credit card and process your order.
Clicking the "Submit Order" button more than once or before the system has had time to process your order may cause an error in processing your order.
