Product Return Policy


I am a drop ship seller - what do I do if my customer has a problem with a Autosvs product that I sold to him?
All of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty support for refund, replace and repair under below conditions.
If you are drop-shipping, any product returns (and all the communications) will have to be handled through you, because you are autosvs's customer. In fact it is probably in your interests for the customer not to know about cec and deal directly with you, for reasons of safeguarding your business.
In practice, it is possible for you to discuss any return issue with us, and provide our return code and address to your customer. Then they can post a faulty item back to us in China and we can ship the replacement directly to them, without you having to handle any products. Obviously this is the most suitable solution when your customers are in different countries.
In terms of customer support and technical support for devices, the responsibility rests with the vendor, i.e. if you are drop-shipping, we will of course provide as much help to you as we can, and with technical questions it may simply be a matter of relaying our information to your customers.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our Customer Support Hotline where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criterias are met before mailing any items back to us.
Autosvs.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 15% on all returned products.
General Returns
1.  Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days of the receipt of your items. We only accept products in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior aknowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center  and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.
2.  Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
Quality Issues Returns
If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, autosvs.com will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product. Quality problems caused by manufacturing include such things as motherboard damage, screen damage, accessories damage, malfunctioning etc.
Non Quality Issues Returns
If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 85% the full price (15% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee).
Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.
Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged.
Overdue Items
We will return a full refund if the item ordered is not delivered by the promised delivery date.
Wrong Item Delivered
After confirming the wrong item has been sent, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways.
